In recognition of Construction Inclusion Week, please join General Contractors, Trade Partners, Project Owners, Industry Organizations, and Contractors from throughout Northern California as we gather to network, strengthen relationships, and learn about your experience, qualifications, and capacity!

Using Plank’s unique venue to build interaction and relationships!
By creating a hybrid, low impact, fun program that includes opening remarks from General Contractors, Trade Partners, and Community Based Organizations – we hope to help create networks and opportunities for our trade partners.
The Plank venue was chosen for its range of activities and multi-level space allowing for meet & greets, as a way to engage you with General Contractors, Trade Partners, Owners and MBE, WBE, LGBT and SBE firms. Such activities include: bowling, ping-pong and billiards where you can rotate throughout the event if you choose to sign up (first come first serve basis) or you can just go with the flow and walk through the space and tabling areas. So we invite you to bring your best self, have fun and start those connections!

3:30pm-4:00pm: Registration
3:30pm-5:30pm: Food Station + Bar
4:00pm-4:30pm: Welcome & Introductions / Ice Breakers
4:30pm-6:30pm: Networking & Activities, 6 bowling lanes, Pool table #1, Pool table #2, Ping Pong Table
6:30pm-7:00pm: Closing Remarks
Activity Specifics (note: all activities are optional)
Bowling:
Each round will be 5 Frames each and there are 6 lanes for bowling
GC’s/Trade Partners/Owners will rotate each round
There will be 3 slots on each lane during each round for MBE/WBE/LGBT/SBE firms
Ping Pong:
Each game will have 4 players (2 teams of 2)
Two of the players (opposite teams) will have a GC/Trade Partner or Owner
The other two players will be MBE/WBE/LGBT/SBE (opposite teams)
This will be organized as a Round Robin Tournament
The ‘winner’ of each round will advance to the next round to play two new players
Billiards:
There are 2 billiard tables so there will be 4 participants for each round
There will be 2 individuals for each table for each round
1 participant at each table will be a GC/Trade Partner/Owner
1 participant at each table will be an MBE/WBE/LGBT/SBE
This will also be a Round Robin Tournament so that the winner of each round will advance to the next round
